Shipping Policy


We offer a wide range of photography services that cater to all your needs. And with our shipping policy, you can enjoy free shipping within Norway or opt for worldwide shipping outside Norway for just 500 NOK.

Returns Policy


We are committed to providing you with only the best prints, and that includes safe and secure shipping. If you receive a damaged print, we will send you a replacement free of charge. In addition to covering the delivery costs of the replacement, we also offer a refund option.

Credit / Debit Cards

Payment methods
We now offer payment via Dintero, Klarna, Vipps and PayPal. Payment services you can choose from are invoice, partial payment, card payment. If the above is not suitable for you, it is also possible with direct bank transfer (pay the order in your online bank). You will then receive an invoice by e-mail t
hat you manually pay in your online bank and send us a receipt for the payment. Once we have received payment on our account, we process your order. 

NB! It is important that you follow up on this as manual payments via online banking are not automatically captured by our systems.

Payment via Dintero and Vipps, Klarna or PayPal's solutions is a relationship between the Customer and the payment provider, which we in are not involved in, nor informed about by the payment provider.
The amount is reserved at the time of ordering and will only be charged to your account when the goods are shipped from us.  Any complaints must be notified directly to the payment provider in writing within 


We do not receive any information from our payment providers, and therefore do not store any such information about you as a customer.

Card payment
When you pay by bank (debit) or credit card at, the payment is also processed by the payment provider you choose when paying. All payment solutions with us are secure electronic payment solutions for Visa and MasterCard/Eurocard. All card information is stored by our payment provider in accordance with the card companies' regulations. When ordering, state the card number, expiry date and CVC code (three-digit number in the signature field on the back of the card).

We will refund the money within 30 days after the agreement on repayment was concluded.



Deliveries are included in Norway. We charge an extra 500 NOK outside of Norway. We send our orders within 24 hours if the item is in stock (weekdays) and delivery time is 7-10 working days from order received. Notification is sent per email if the item is not in stock and if the expected delivery exceeds 14 days.

Packages under 2kg and dimensions under 45x30x20cm are delivered as MyPack home small and are delivered to your door.


Right of withdrawal
According to the Right of Cancellation Act (Act on Information Obligation and Right of Cancellation), you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.

Conflict resolution
We wish to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, you as the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation.
